As an evolutionary broker, AITS FX was established by Andy Ireland, a self-taught trader, in 2012. Originally set up as a school to educate others in the best methods of Forex trading, AITS FX expanded into a brokerage service which aims to give investors a better level of service, operating with openness, transparency and integrity. This company is registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

AITS’ FX Trading Platform

This broker uses the very popular MetaTrader 4 trading platform, well known industry-wide for its user friendly access and impressive features. AITS FX uses UltiMT which is a high performance product that offers scalability and high availability for fund managers and MT4 brokers. This platform accepts all types of orders, is compatible with Expert Advisors and allows for comprehensive position management and order flow via a comprehensive back office suite and streaming user interface. The advanced technology behind this platform supports all credit, trading, risk management, liquidity and reporting, processing trades in less than 10 milliseconds and delivering additional operational benefits and performance. The MetaTrader technology has been in development since 2003 and consistently processes daily trade volumes in excess of $12 billion and is therefore reliable and trustworthy. Having been rigorously tested by leading brokers across the UK, Europe and Australia, this low latency DMA trading platform has been used since 2009 and boasts 100% uptime performance.

AITS FX Webtrader
Although this service is not yet live, AITS FX plan to introduce their cloud based WebTrader platform soon for the benefit of clients who do not want the memory intensive download of the traditional MetaTrader software. This software will allow direct, free access to MetaTrader 4 trading accounts via the internet and thanks to its intuitive design, access will be easy and quick with full trading functionality. This software will allow access from all devices including smartphones and tablets without compromising on reliability or functionality and will feature a live depth of market display for informed trading decisions and one click trading for speedy executions. The easy to use interface will make this a suitable trading platform for professionals and novices alike.

Withdrawals can be easily requested by email the customer service team with the trading account number, bank details and the amount required. Customer Service Offered by AITS FX

AITS FX aim to make their clients’ customer service experience a positive one and offer a few different ways in which their support team can be contacted. Clients can email the support team at the address supplied on the home page in order to receive a response to any queries, or alternatively clients can telephone the office in the UK which is open between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday UK time. AITS FX also believes in the importance of providing education resources to benefit their clients and therefore this broker works in conjunction with a third party trading education site which offers beginner investors a comprehensive course to help them to get started with their venture and to give them the best possible chance of success. The 12 months course gives reassurance and support to novices while there are also more advanced courses designed to accommodate the needs of more experienced investors.

Overall, AITS FX has many things to offer as a Forex broker. They offer a pretty good selection of varied financial instruments for trading and their chosen trading platform is the popular MetaTrader 4 which is well known for its reliability, customisability and user friendliness. There are also several payment methods to choose from and a good range of currencies available in which deposits can be made. However there are also some downsides to consider. At the present time, there is only a single account type available and this may deter more experienced investors who are looking for the perks offered by a Premium or VIP trading account. There are also very limited customer service team contact methods, with no Live Chat or Skype facility and support is only provided during UK working hours rather than the 24/5 access offered by many other operators. At the present time, mobile trading is also unavailable through this broker, which may be an issue for anyone who wants to trade while on the go.
