ACCFX has a helpful Frequently Asked Questions section on its website to offer the answers to some of the primary questions raised by potential investors to reduce the need to make contact with the customer support team. There are also several telephone numbers provided on the website allowing investors to contact the most relevant team to address their particular query. The three telephone numbers are for the UK, Arabic and Russian contact centres to enable customers to obtain support in the most convenient language. There are also four email addresses provided, for English, Russian and Arabic language support as well as a dedicated Partners support email address. Contact numbers are also provided for both the UK and Russian offices. The broker’s website is also available in a choice of two languages: English and Arabic and an online web form is also available which investors can use to contact the support team.
