S&P Passes 3300

An excellent close to the week for US indices as the S&P 500 passed the important 3300 mark for the first time ever on Thursday.

Phase 1 Agreed

This came after the US and China finally signed the Phase 1 deal which brings an end to the Trade War and ensuing talks.

US President Donald Trump said the pact would be “transformative” for the US economy, while Chinese leaders called it a “win-win” deal that would help foster better relations between both countries.

Additionally, both the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq were up on market open.
