❌NON-RECOMMENDED BROKER
This broker was not featured in our 2024 Broker Review Audit. This is because, in the past 12 months, it has failed to pass our initial screening process and is not recommended by our team of experts. As such some of the information found here may be out of date.
We review all brokers to a strict and unique methodology, to ensure that we only promote high quality brands that you can trust. This methodology considers over 200 criteria points, covering the categories of safety, fees, platforms, products, payments and customer support. All brokers are then given a score out of 100. We update this methodology and our recommended reviews yearly, so that you’re only given up to date information.
If a broker has a score less than 80, like this one, we won’t recommend it to you. So that we don’t waste your time, we don’t update these reviews either. We know you don’t want to read a long review of an untrustworthy broker. Instead, you can use the tool below to find a high-scoring broker that accepts clients from your country.

AGM Markets offers MT5 as well as MT4
It’s never much of a surprise to learn a broker offers the MetaTrader 4 as its main trading platform. After all, it has become one of the most popular platforms currently available. It is able to cater to the needs of newcomers as well as seasoned traders. It has proved to be very user-friendly, and is no surprise that many traders prefer to use it over all the other options.
However, AGM Markets did take the MetaTrader experience one step further with the introduction of MetaTrader 5. But we have to advise our readers that from February 2015, MT5 is no longer available at AGM Markets.
No problems with customer service
The quality of customer service is an important consideration for anyone looking for the best Forex broker. And you shouldn’t be too disappointed with AGM Market.s. Their customer service desk is open 24 hours a day, 5 day a week. There is a dedicated phone line, an email option with a number of different addresses depending on your query, as well as the option for a live chat. You also have the choice of requesting a call back, which is bound to be an attractive option if you don’t live in Cyprus.
Many of the most common questions are answered on the FAQs page of their website, and if you want to learn more about the world of Forex trading there is an educational section. This includes a helpful guide to all the basic information, as well as in depth insights into fundamental and technical analysis.
A number of payment methods are supported, although some may consider the options rather limited. Bank transfers, credit and debit cards, as well as e-wallets, are the only options. Adding funds to your account should take no longer than one day, but making a withdrawal could take a little longer, depending on the method, and the provider.
On the whole, we couldn’t find much to turn us against AGM Markets. They are a reasonably good broker that makes use of cutting edge technologies, and offers reliable and trustworthy Forex services
