ACM Gold’s Withdrawal and Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount required to open an ACM Gold account is R5000 or the equivalent in a foreign currency, however the amount of account balance held by the trader determines the markets that can be entered. Both credit card and EFT payments are accepted by this broker and are carried out through the Gold Lounge secure payment portal. Payments can take up to 24 hours to appear in the investor’s trading account. Withdrawals are paid directly by EFT into the trader’s bank account, with the process taking between 24 and 48 hours, although the speed depends on the bank’s processing methods.

It offers a good choice of tradable instruments to suit the varying needs of its clients and its customer support options are also a strength. There are some downsides however. As there is only one type of customer account, those professional investors who would prefer to take advantage of the benefits provided with a VIP account may want to choose a different provider. Also, the limited number of withdrawal and deposit methods available may also deter some investors who would rather use a modern e-Wallet or other direct payment method.
