ATC Brokers Review
When it comes to Forex brokers, there aren’t many that offer their services in the USA as well as Europe or Asia. Making investments and providing the means to do so in the US is a very complicated business. We’re about to review one of just a handful of brokerage firms that is able to help traders all over the world. ATC Brokers was originally established in 2005, when it opened the doors of its offices in America, and became an introducing broker. Move forward in time almost 10 years and the UK arm of the company was launched. In 2014, it was registered with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), and was able to offer online trading solutions in the sector of Forex trading.

The features of Forex trading with ATC Brokers
ATC Brokers has a rather limited number of foreign currency pairs for trading, but this may be because they are still testing the waters and seeing what customers outside of the USA want in the way of trading instruments. For those of you who only want to trade foreign currencies this may well be enough for your needs. And there’s nothing to say the range of assets won’t be increased in the future.
ATC Brokers operate using an ECN price model, and as there is no dealing desk you will have to contend with variable spreads. If you take a look at the home page you will see they can be as low as 0.1, but they can also be much higher. Trading leverage is set at 200:1 for account with a balance of $50,000 and below. But if your account balance is more than $50,000 leverage drops to 100:1.
Take advantage of the MT4 trading platform with ATC Brokers
ATC Brokers offer the full MT4 range with MT4 for your PC, mobile and Mac. MetaTrader 4 has shown itself to be one of the most successful trading platforms introduced so far, and looks set to continue to be the most preferred platform of many traders. It’s no surprise so many brokers have decided to stick with. After all, if it isn’t broke why worry about fixing it. What is it about MT4 that have made it so popular?
- User-friendly interface
- Expert Advisor strategies are easily integrated into the software
- Supports PAMM trading account for money managers
- Access to a full range of charts with built indicators
- Layout and design is fully customisable
- MT4 Plus plug-in available to further enhance the orders features of MT4
- ATC Brokers also offer software that allows money managers and signal providers to distribute trade signals for execution. It is known as Trade Copier.
Account options are a little limited
It seems that ATC Brokers are currently aiming their services at investors with a little more capital to invest in Forex trading, as the minimum deposit requirement is $5,000, or equivalent GBP or EUR currency. There are three different versions to the standard account for either individuals, joint, or a corporation. There is a simple online account form for either option, and the length of time it takes to get an account up and running will depend on the type of account being opened and the turnaround time required for the additional information requested. No fees are payable when opening an account, and you can open up to 5 trading accounts.
We should also mention there is a demo account available. And opening one of these is possibly the best way to learn all there is to know about ATC Brokers. And is certainly far more beneficial than taking someone else’s word for it. A demo account is valid for 60 days, which should be ample time to discover whether this broker is one you’d like to work with.
Are there any bonuses? Is there any additional material that will help the beginner?
ATC Brokers are not currently running any special bonuses or promotions. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be any on the future. Brokers often have a number of different promotions, as they can be good for attracting new clients and keeping the currency client base loyal. If there are any worth mentioning we’ll be sure to keep you informed.
When it comes to education, we’re guessing there hasn’t been much need to provide an extensive library of material. There is quite an informative FAQs section that answers many of the most basic questions.
All in all, there isn’t really a lot that will attract many new traders to ATC Brokers. There are no fancy bells and whistles, and everything on offer is pretty much average. We’re not saying that’s a bad thing, as this may be just what some of you want. Spend a few weeks practicing with a demo account, and you’ll soon know whether they’re your cup of tea.
